As an Auto Glass & ADAS Calibration Technician, you’ll perform OEM glass replacement, repair, and full ADAS calibrations, ensuring vehicles meet manufacturer safety and performance standards. You’ll work with cutting-edge technology, maintain meticulous attention to detail, and deliver the highest level of workmanship expected from a luxury dealership.

Requirements:

• Replace and install OEM windshields, side glass, and mouldings with precision and care
• Perform static and dynamic ADAS calibrations using Jaguar Land Rover–approved equipment and procedures
• Diagnose and correct calibration issues, camera/radar alignment concerns, and sensor faults
• Use factory-level tools and software to complete calibrations and document results
• Stay up-to-date with ADAS advancements, OEM repair protocols, and relevant technical service bulletins
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure accurate, timely repairs
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold safety, quality, and compliance standard 
• Protect customer vehicles at all times with proper covers, tape, tools, and OE-approved material 
• Adhere to dealership policies, warranty guidelines, and documentation requirements

  Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of professional auto glass installation experience (dealership or high-end shop preferred)
  • Experience performing ADAS calibrations (static and dynamic required)Strong knowledge of windshield R/R, trim removal, urethane systems, and glass-setting techniques
  • Familiarity with OEM repair procedures; JLR experience is a plusAbility to work with factory calibration tools and software platforms
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain repair steps when needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background check and drug test)
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
